Unless it's an emergency like a blown tire, I wouldn't have anything installed or tuned at a rally. Aside from the fact that you're probably not going to see them again for a year, they're working 16 hours a day trying to make a lot money not lifetime customers.
Besides, why tie up your bike for at least half a day if you're in sturgis?

I've thought about it before as well but have decided against it too because Sturgis is at a much different altitude and general humidity than my home area. Although I have the power vision and I intern to do some auto tune runs on the way this year. If you had too then one of the big ones like dynojet might be the best.
