I have the BAMI kit on my bike. The part number you listed is for adding bike to bike (CB) as well.

 

That's exactly what I want to do. I have the CB module and non-ultra overlay. I still need the 77108-09 so I can talk to the Wife. I got the CB for $1 and the overlay for $70 on Ebay. Just taking my time and piecing it together. According to a post on the forum, I need all three of these components plus the Flash to turn on the intercom feature.
