Issues with Power Vision
OK, I'm having issues ever since hooking up my PV. First it seemed to run great but then got worse and is running rich and bad boggy off idle even blowing black smoke when revved. checked code and P0154 rear o2 sensor open/not responding came up. I ordered a new sensor, put it in then let it get up to temp. Its still doing the same thing and now also has code P0131 front o2 sensor low. I double checked both connections and they are both in tight. I even tried removing the ecm and connecting it again.
So now I flashed the ecm back to stock then unhooked the sensors and reinstalled my original pc-v and it runs like it did before the PV.
WTF could be causing this? I'm about to say F it and return the PV but I like it.
I know what you are going to ask, did you get it from fuel moto? NO, I did not. I got it from amazon. I didn't want the visor and mount that fuel moto includes. Plus they kinda rubbed me the wrong way when they said they would not install thier 107" kit with my S&S cams and pushrods.

I know everyone raves about fuel moto here so your prob going to get pretty beat up on the forums for not buying from FM but I I say call Dynojet as their customer service is really good too and they are the company that makes the Power Vision and regardless of where you bought it they stand behind their product. I bought my PV from denniskirk.com on sale because I live across town from Dynojet's support center and I can either call or go to their office. Been a very positive experience every time I have had to deal with them and I have used my PV on three different bikes in my family.
Couple of questions first.
What year is your bike? Stock motor? Air and exhaust upgrades?
Did your PV come with a software disc for your PC? If so did you install it on your PC and if you did ave you checked the tune file on your PC?
If the PV has older firmware on it because it was sitting in stock on a shelf for a while the preloaded tune files could be wrong for your setup. You can download several preset flash tunes for your bike from the dynojet website that should come close to whatever setup you are running and then with some learning about the feature use auto tune to dial it in. But you need to be able to hook your PV up to a computer with the software on it and make sure the firmware on the PV is current first. When I bought mine it did not have the auto tune function on it because the firmware was from before Dynojet released the auto tune update that you can use on stock O2 sensors.

Back is black? I ordered what I told the parts guy was the rear and its connector was grey. Actually when I went to replace the rear (grey) o2 it was actually in the front cyl pipe so I reversed them. So did they sell me the wrong one? Why would having them reversed throw codes?
I did all the updates on the PV before putting it on my bike. I flashed a tune drom dynojet then used the auto tune basic a few times. I kept the original tune and even tried that one again after having the issues.

PCV or PV
HDKEY,
You stated you originally had a PCV. removed it and programmed the ECU with a PV.
The PCV comes with bypass plugs. You disconnect the O2 sensors and plug in
the Power Commander Bypass plugs.
You made no mention of this.
Was that an oversight?
That could be your false reading.
