I tried swapping the o2 sensors and it threw the same codes. Yes I cleared the codes each time.

I have a 2010 streetglide.

I still believe the problem is in the 02 sensor circuit (Yeah, I know, Thank you Capt Obvious) or the tune.... Not the PowerVision.

Where did you get the tune you downloaded?

Since you didn't use Fuelmoto, check with the DynoJet website and make sure you are downloading the right tune for your engine & mods. Give them a call or shoot them an email. I bought from FuelMoto, but they couldn't help me with a tune on my big bore 2003, DynoJet was very helpful...!!

If the ECM isn't reading the sensors, check the connectors... maybe pins got bent, broken, or corroded during the time the 02 sensors were unplugged?

Hope you get to run it down, troubleshooting can be the hardest part, requiring the most patience, of any repair...

Keep us posted on the outcome...

I own one bike w/ 02 sensors. That's my 2012 Bagger. According to my '12 service manual, the grey plug is the FRONT 02 sensor and the black plug is the REAR 02 sensor to the ECM...

I thought all HD 02 sensors follow this.

Unless you have a typo, or I misunderstood, you still have your sensors connected backwards......

I would start by connecting them correctly, before taking it in for service...

Now, if the ECM is not reading them at all.... that could be a different matter....

Good luck with the repair. The PV is a great tuner, I doubt it's the tuner causing your issues.
Every one I have looked at is this way. I think where some of the confusion is from the factory the Grey plug is always behind the black plug. Some sort of sick humor. I know of two that have been hooked up wrong because the plugs are reversed from the way they are in the manual. It would make sense the rear one would go to rear cylinder. I looked in my 2010 manual and it is black one in back and grey in front. That sure isn't the way they are in reality. I guess we need to remember the GRAY PLUG goes to the front O2 sensor and the BLACK goes to the rear. The O2 connectors on my 14 are under the seat. Still gray and black.

[QUOTE=hdkev;13026602]Back is black? I ordered what I told the parts guy was the rear and its connector was grey. Actually when I went to replace the rear (grey) o2 it was actually in the front cyl pipe so I reversed them. So did they sell me the wrong one? Why would having them reversed throw codes?

I did all the updates on the PV before putting it on my bike. I flashed a tune drom dynojet then used the auto tune basic a few times. I kept the original tune and even tried that one again after having the issues.

The Gray is the front and black is rear. If he insists otherwise have him show this to you on one of the 13 and earlier touring bikes. That will clear that up. I am sending you a map for the S&S 585 in your bike. That is a lot of cam for a 96. I didn't know what exhaust you have so couldn't adjust for that. Made it little to the lean side at idle. It won't blow black smoke. If it does unhook both O2's and leave them unhooked and run it that way. If it still black smokes you have some other issue. Everytime you start your engine with the O2 unhooked it will set the codes you see. This map has the O2 and closed loop turned off. If it works ok I can re do it and turn the O2's on and work on it if you have issue with it. Need to know your exhaust also and any other changes. the file is zipped so don't forget to unzip it to load it.
