Every gear I shift up (heel) I have to shift down (toe)...

I don't downshift twice as much as I upshift.

I replaced the screw with a new one from the dealer, used a little loc tite. So far, so good.... $1.50 for the screw

That ($225) is a tad steep +S & H. WOWOW!!

For that kinda ching it should never ever have any issues!!

I had to do the same thing. Except I got the screw from a hardware store. That was last fall 12k miles ago. No problems since. Easy fix
