Default Radios...swapping?

I just bought a 1996 Electra Glide. I want to swap the radio with one from an 09 I found on CL. Two questions...

Are the rear connections the same?

Are stock HD radios from 09 SiriusXM ready (by adding a module of course)?

Thank you!

I put a 2012 Street glide radio in a 1999 Electra glide, plugs were the same and all hand controls worked. The only thing that did not work was the AVC. Remember different OHM load on the speakers.
