Same here, can't remember the code it was spitting out but I had to rewire the entire TBW as I had pulled a solder loose feeding the wires through. Pain in the butt pulling it all back apart.....

I was able to use the stock harness with these bars so no soldering needed. I went back and checked pin location on the plug and that is correct while doing this I rechecked continuity of the harness all good there too. Is there a way to test the tgs.?

Check the codes and post back. They will point you towards the problem.

Got it figured out guys with all the help. I was mocking it all up to gut the codes and it started and worked fine. Reassembled it with bars nothing. Turns out the green plug would lose contact just enough when pulled through the bars. Took it apart cleaned it applied some dielectric grease and taped it together. Good to go so far. Haven't got to ride as its raining here but started it numerous times through the re assembly process to be sure. Reason I had it apart was new bars and painting inner fairing and other black pieces the bike color. Will post a few pics when weather clears. Thanks again for the help and ride safe.

When I did mine, I broke the teeny, tiny latch that holds the TBW connector together, so I used Heat shrink tubing to hold the connector together. Worked great.

I had the same problem when I did a bar change on my 13 SG and went to the SE TBW. I ended up having wires switched up.
