Lightbulb 2012 SG ABS Issue

So I've got a 2012 SG with ABS... First ABS bike ive owned. I put a 21" front wheel on with new rotors and lowered the front while I was at it. Now I'm getting what seems to be "pulsing" in the hand lever and the front braking sucks. ABS light works as it should, correct bearing is in the wheel. I even tried putting the old rotors on thinking it may be a bad rotor. I've pulled the fuse and been riding with the ABS disabled and everything works fine. I've only seen one post on here with a similar issue and didnt really get much feedback on it other than a possible recalibration of the ABS mod with the DIGI Tech done at a dealer. I've run 21's on roadkings and Dynas, this is my first SG and I cant figure this out. ANY IDEAS? Or confirmation that the recalibration of the ABS can be done???

Thanks!

In my owners manual in the trouble shooting abs section it states pulsing in lever or pedal is normal condition. I don't know if that helps or not.
