What is a good asking price for a new 07 Custom from a dealer? New to the site and we're looking forward to chatting...1st Harley...almost.

I think about 29k? Custom choppers ect 39 to 49k by hd

most other prices are on hd web site.

If you mean aRK Custom. You should be able to get it out the door around MSRP. You may have to work a few different dealers. Good Luck.

Sorry, I guess I should have been more specific...looking at an 07 RK Custom, blue suede $500 in upgrades...should we negotiate to meet MSRP??

Yes since the days of paying over MSRP are gone despite what some stealers will tell you.

No I should have known your on the bagger site,anyway I think msrp is about what every one is paying now a days. They usually throw in this or that too.

Read the above post. Now seems to be a good time to look at buying, MSRP should be a no brainer, maybe even get some goodies thrown if if you're good negotiator...I suck, but even I got 07 EGC at MSRP. (be careful though of the "dealer prep".... I actually paid about $500 over MSRP when they jacked the dealer prep charges up from even their posted dealer prep charge...I told you I suck at negotiations....

gun- think thats pritty much how well I negociated too. all I know was It was msrp at the top of the bill and wrote a check for the number at the bottom

The answer to your question depends on where you live. You really need to shop your local area. In So Cal every dealer was at msrp plus fees. They varied a little but not much. It was a case of take it or leave it. I took it.....but wished I lived where deals were better.
