Not to high jack this thread but I have a question in line with this topic. It has been said in this thread that if you are just adding slip on pipes, then you don't need to tune. Why is it, then, if you change your baffles in slip on pipes, they recommend a tune? Isn't that the same thing as just adding a different slip on? I have Rush 2.0 slip ons with no upgraded air and I would like it to be a little louder. I've explored going to the 2.25 baffles but everyone then says I would need a tune. However, if I went from a 1.75 to a 2 baffle I would not. I already have the 2s. Just curious...
I'd say that is just manufactures covering their @$$. should be no different then changing slip on like you said
