The bike runs fine with 11K miles on it but it has a rough idle that smooths out when the clutch is let out. Bikr also has an occasional PoP on the left side. Bike is fully serviced and has new plugs but still has the rough idle.
If the roughness comes and goes with the clutch I'd say something is going on in the primary. Might be worthwhile to have a look-see in there. Be prepared to at least check the comp nut torque. Do a good clutch basket adjustment and check primary chain tension.

The rough idle is not caused by the clutch , it is just to say when the bike is at an idle in neutral or with the clutch in the idle is rough...but goes away once the rpm's get above 1000...
What do you use to clean it... and what porcedure do you use, just a spray cleaner?
Carb cleaner with a plastic spray extender.
Take your air cleaner off. Inside the throttle body near the slide in the 12'oclock position there is a small orifice. That's what you are going to spray into. Turn your ignition on and cycle the run/stop switch while spraying into the orifice. Helps if you have a second person but you can do it by shoving the spray extender into the hole.
I also open the slide and clean the inside of the throttle body as well. Usually it's a bit oily.
