Is the water leaking into the bags? If not, I wouldnt worry too much about them getting wet. As long as they're playing and you're moving, you should be fine. I have been through a few rain storms with my 6x9s in my bags and no issues so far. I know there is a specific fabric that you can get and put on with the mesh grills but I havent the slightest clue as to where to get it. check over at the audio forum and see if someone there knows.

Maybe I'm an idiot as I have a RK without radio and speakers, but aren't those speakers already made to withstand rain?

I saw some where that a company is making a magnet type cover that fits on t of the speaker grill. It's basically like a flat magnet that folks put on the car/truck with a company name. But made to cover the speaker grill

Don't think it can work while moving, but good when bike is sitting taking a shower or two.
