Default Arlen ness modular apes

I am considering changing bars from stock to the Arlen ness modular bagger apes. Anyone have any experience with these or pics on there bike? I have been reading that going to apes will alleviate the pain between shoulder blades and soreness at elbows. Also have been experiencing fingertip numbness. These issues are only happening after running about 125-150 mile without stops. I am happy with my seat and feet touching flat so I don't want to change that, also legs are good and no lower back pain. We are going on two trips in the next couple weeks so any help would be appreciated.
