Can anyone shed a little light on this. I have a 2011 service manual but don't have the CVO supplemantal manual. When I disengage the lock and lift it there's a wire attached to the underside and running down through the swearing stem. I figured a time out was in order.

 

I found what I needed. I went to www.mybikemanual.com and downloaded all the service manuals for my bike for $19.
