Does anyone have a link to the Harley revised belt tension specs.

Sorry about that. For a 2012 FLHTK. My understanding is Harley sent out a bulletin that stated the old tension specs were to tight, and revised them with a bulletin that increased the deflection. I actually wanted to see the bulletin rather than take someone's word for it. If someone could give me the link it would be greatly appreciated.

M1284 was for 09 and later tourers and stated 1/4-5/16 was old and the new was 1/4-7/16.

Are all the baggers the same now? I seem to remember that the non- TP bike specs were different than TP bikes.
