Default 23' wheel wobble top end speeds

Can anyone help me get rid of the front end wobble on my 2007 street glide with HHI triple tree and 23 inch front wheel?

Bingo.

You put a show-bike wheel on a Touring bike. If you want to actually ride it, put the stock wheels back on. If you want it to look blingy, leave the 23 on and forget riding any distance.

The only real cure is cut the neck and do it the right way.

Something isn't set right. I have the pickard trees and have never had any wobble issues at all.
