J&S. Worth every dime. I had a wobbly Sears yellow jack. It went into a dumpster. I've read about jacks that need outriggers and tie down straps. F$&@ that. Just buy a J&S and do your own maintenance. You'll save the price of the jack and learn more about your bike.
K&L also makes a nice jack as well as a lot of other lifts and equipment. Very similar to the J&S in design for about $100 less. It's extremely stable and rolls my RK around my shop with ease. The difference of night and day from my yellow Craftsman jack.
That does look close to the J&S and seems to work pretty well, the only thing I see is that it only has 2 stops for the safety bars whereas the J&S has 5 giving you more choice on height. I like the dolly though, it would be nice to get the jack out of there - already scraped my leg on the (sharp edged) lever twice this morning.
The adjustment pedal on my new J&S jack seems pretty flimsy. It also keep rotating in its socket, even with the set screw tightened down. For what they charge, J&S should really come up with a better pedal.
I have the yellow harbor freight, your info says USA if your anywhere close to SE Texas swing by you can have it. Bought the pneumatic pitbull with the turntable years ago, very stable withno issues.

I have a J&S. What's an adjustment peddle? Mine has a peddle for pumping the hydrolic jack. I thought it seemed a little flimsy at first but after hundreds of raises I've had zero problems.
