Here is a link to the front fork air baffle. http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...ork-air-baffle
Is this what was referred to as the cow bell?

This works great for me in the rain. Couple it with Nikwax visor proof and you are golden. Works best with a 3/4 helmet.

I currently ride a '13 CVO Ultra with the upper and lower fairings, the JES wind deflectors, the air fork baffle, hand wind deflectors, and a 10" re-curve windshield and when I ride in the rain I still get wet!
It seems that at the start of every season, I say that I will not ride in rain (at least heavy rain) but I still (occasionally) find myself puttin' down the freeway in a downpour!
I've found the best way to stay somewhat dry in such a situation is to put the hood of your rain suit UNDER your modular or FF helmet and put you "gators" on before you put your rain pants on.
I also have a pair of "rain mittens" that I wear over my gloves and that really makes what would be a miserable ride at least bearable.
