The Harley-Davidson Boom! front and rear speakers are both 5 ¼" in size. Anyone know why the rear speakers, for example, wouldn't actually fit the front fairing? The mounting holes for the speakers all look like they are the same. Going to sound pretty stupid but I want to change out the OEM fairing speakers soon and like the look/tweeter location better on the rear speakers.

Are they the same audio specifications?

The fronts come with adaptors and screws to mount to the fairing.

 

Found the installation pdf. Anyone know the Harley part number and if they are available after-market?
