Heated gear is awesome stuff...I've got a full set. Honestly though you won't be needing it for this ride. Even if you're up there after the sun goes down it's not that bad right now. My gear is packed up until next Oct. or so.

I rode over Wolf Creek Pass over Memorial Day Weekend and it was snowing on us.

Perfect warmth and removable thin layers? A rain suit.
