Default Another engine light question

I have a similar problem as stormrider79 on my 07 ultra classic. Engine light comes on a second time during start up. Unlike stormrider's issue, my light does not seem to come on during riding. However, I am experiencing detonation when using a more-heavy throttle. For example, in 5th gear going just over 50mph I whack the throttle and it will ping. Was not doing that before....that I noticed.

Here's some history: I bought this bike last year with 5k on it and now have 13K. About 6K miles ago I added the fuelpak that the PO gave me. He had V&H monster ovals added and nothing else. The dealer sold him the FP but he decided not to use it as was told was not necessary with adding just the slip ons. After using the FP for about 5K miles I added a K&N air filter. The visual symptom is the engine light comes on a second time. When I turn on the ignition and run button it is on as it should be for a few seconds then after going out for a few seconds comes on again for a few more seconds...regardless if I wait to start or just start it after light goes out first time. Performance issue is the performance seems sluggish but trying new gas as it c/b bad fuel. Other performance concern which seems new is pinging. Always using hi-test but wonder if gas-pump hose has significant amount of regular fuel from previous user.

Codes: I had them displayed but did not fully understand what I was looking at so I did not remember them. My objective was to clear them to see if they reoccur so as not to look at old codes. After going through the process to clear them (which it did because the symptom of the second light occurrence went away for a few starts before returning), I noticed scrolling code P32915-07 which I understand to be the ECU part number.

I am wondering if I should just remove the FuelPak and clear the codes again to see if it reoccurs or have someone diagnose it now. I will check battery connections. PO put new battery in it last year before I picked it up.

If you took the time to read all of this I thank you. I appreciate any experience you can share.

Thank you

John
