I was told that swapping bearings would work but wasn't completely correct as there is a slight difference in width of the new bearings out would be installing and that would slightly offset things. It would work but it wouldn't be 100% correct as to a slight offset with the rotors in the caliper. This is just my 2 cents and the way I went about it.
Im thinking of putting a front rim from a 2015 RG on my 2006 SG.. Think a 25mm axle will do the trick?

Plus the wheel/axle spacers and upgrading calipers to 08-later "Touring" Brembos

Thx.. I've also read you can use stock calipers if I bolt on my existing rotors to new wheel? Any thoughts?

I think you can answer that by asking yourself this question...

look at the 2015 RG Enforcer wheel/rotor...look at your 2006 wheel/rotor

...How would you do that?

No. Different bolt patterns on the rotors. You must use the later model Brembo calipers.

Wheel and brake swap went great. Rode a long trip right after I was done with no issue. Thanks again
