I used the 1" extensions and don't have an issue with them. I ride pretty aggressive, so it took a few times scrapping to get rid of the oh crap feeling. Now I don't even blink when I scrape and don't think that I am cornering hard enough when I don't scrape. No big deal dragging your floorboards.

Not a big deal but you may scrape more. You get used to it.

Crazy that even in stock form the brackets hit before the footboard... Why the footboard even has a pivot on it is beyond me.
Interesting. I have an 09 FLHP and it has the stock rear shocks and progressive monotubes up front which might have lowered the front half and inch from what I read. Someone gave me a set of extenders that push the boards straight out 1 inch and I do scrape much more on the left turns. I really need to work to get the right side to scrape. However, when it does scrape, I can feel the floorboard pivoting. I am going to take a look this evening to see where the scraping is happening.

I have the Kury 1" foreward and 1" out. Scraped a few times at first, had to find the limits. The extended reach brake pedal is a must have, left sides ok I like my toe under the shifter,Got rid of the heel deal.

Did my 06 ultra yesterday, 1" out, 1" forward. Had to adjust the lowers a bit but otherwise no issues, just wish I had done earlier !

Mine are extended with Kury, 1" out and 1" forward. No issues and I'm an ex-sportbike rider.

Can anyone relate? Any advice?
First thing I do when I sell/trade...is to remove the passenger extenders and reinstall them on the new bike. Wifey likes the little bit of cooling they give. For the number of times they have scraped (never)...well worth it.

had the harleygoodies on the RK, liked them... have the tallboys on the RG and LOVE this!!! almost 2K miles and I still haven't installed the highway pegs and I don't think I ever will they are that good. Yes, a little pricey but well worth it imo.
