Boring the ride up was good but the place sucked.

 

Heading up this Friday for a long weekend with the GF. Friends live in Warrensburg so free accommodations for us. We go up for the great scenery and roads up around Lake Placid and Saranac. The rally itself is a big bore, but the GF likes to shop for tees and cheap leather so I'm up for it. Back to NYC on Tuesday, then riding solo up to Laconia the following week for some partying and rain.

 

Now Laconia, I wanna go one of these days.

 

Thanks everyone for the advice. Still on the fence with this. It's supposed to be great weather this weekend so I going to ride one way or the other.

I will be going up to Laconia as well. Most likely the Monday of the event. That's when they open the road up Mt. Washington for bikes only. Fun time.
