Yes it will. Thats the width that most of the aftermarket wheels are. I am running an 18x5.5 in the rear of mine on a 200mm tire. There is about 1/4 to 3/8 clearance on either side of the wheel.

Yes. 200mm tire is not recommended on a 5.5" wheel in our experience. Some customers experienced a high speed wobble with a 5.5 rim and a 200mm tire. So use a 180 tire on a 5.5. If you want a 200mm tire get a 17x6.25 rear wheel which will also fit fine assuming you get the right tire (Metzeler 200/55/17) and the proper hub assembly on the wheel.

I have a 180/55z18 on a 5.5 rear....... I will admit, it doesn't wobble, but it sometimes feels like the front wheel and rear wheel are fighting for control. At highway speed....... It's like riding on the stock wheels, in town, that's where I feel it most.

Turret, tell him how it was with the 200 on the rear.

I'm actually going with a 16 inch rear to keep the height down.. I'm vertically challenged..

You're gonna have to most likely lower the front a bit. When I did my wheels, I had the 21 up front for a few days.... With the stock 16 in the rear...... Looked, and rode really odd in my opinion.
