Both of mine were broke so bent a couple pieces of metal that I had laying, drilled holes and installed nuts and bolts. Cost nothing to repair and easy as pie.

Both mine broke and I did a similar trick but with a small "L" bracket from Lowe's. no more than $4 I had fix
Don't waste your money on the new oem bracket model # ending in A. I had the broken brackets replaced in the spring a year and a half ago. Heard a pop while riding Tuesday. As soon as I slow down for intersection, the fairing starts shaking away. This time I am buying some brackets from Home Depot.
