Default Radiantz Led plate frame

Just purchased the Radiantz license plate frame w/ 6 leds. There are no instructions in the package. Anyone know where to run the black/white wires to?

Default radiantz frame

That's what I thought, but no. Radiantz tech says white hot and black negative.

It looks like it would be a plug and play just like their tail light.

No plug and play. Just 2 wires no connector. Has to be spliced into tail light.

Default wiring help needed

Trying to wire the Radiantz license plate. I spliced the white(hot)wire into the blue wire from the brake light and the black to black. Also tried black to ground and light on frame is not working. I used quick splice connectors as seen in pic. Any help is appreciated.
