Default Extended Warranty on my 07 FLHTC - 70K - one more time!!!

I'm going to extend my warranty one more time on my 07 FLHTC for 3 years. I live in Pa. and will buy it from an out of state Harley Dealer to save on paying tax. Anyone know any Dealers who discount their ESP warranty's? I have used Hale's and Kutter HD in the past but maybe some other ones out there with better discounts. Thanks in advance, Bill

Just curious if you have used the warranty you presently have?

My buddy just did another ESP warranty, I think it was for 5 years. He used his a few times. One was because the cases were leaking, big $$$ saved, just payed the $50.00.

Several times over the last 7 years to the tune of about 4k plus cost of warranty.

why only 3 years? if you're gonna do it, why not go the full 5?

kutter used to be the place to get the esp, now, they can no longer sell to out of state customers.... good luck finding a discount dealer.

I was thinking of doing the same on my 08, but wouldn't you know it I went over the 75000 mile cut off... oh well. When my warranty expires in may of 2015, I plan on having Fuel Moto go through the motor and maybe do the 107

I did not know you could extend the warranty past 7 years which is what I purchased along with 10 years of scheduled maintenance.

i dont know who is selling ESP out of state, but congrats on the 70k. i have to try to keep my 2010 ultra under the 75k thru nov 2015 so i can extend 1 more time also. at 57,xxx now. might make it. they have always paid for themselves and then some for me. good luck on your search. send me a PM if you find someone with a good price rather than post here. thats what happened to kutter.

it was explained to me how you could actually get up to 16 years on the esp. the way that it works is that the start of the esp is on the day after expiration of the previous one. so if you went with 7 and then 5, you could not extend it again because that would start it on 12 years, 1 day, which would be beyond the 12 year cut off mark. so to do it, you would go with 7 years the first time, then 4 years the second time, and then 5 years the third time (provided you weren't past the 75k mileage point). that would give you up to 16 years covered.
