Not sure if they still make them but pretty sure Kuryakn still sells there HOT SLEEVES to cover the small Allen bolts. I've had great luck with them. It's a two piece setup. The sleeve goes over the bolt head and covers the washer too. The second part is a push in cover that goes into the Allen hole. That way you just leave the sleeves on when you want to remove the bolt. Just pop off the center plug and remove bolt. I would recommend using Harley's center plugs instead of Kuryakns tho. The HD units are a little shorter and fit into the Allen hole better and fit flush to the top of the sleeve. Good luck!

I agree the zinc-coated bolts doesn't look quite right with the chrome engine covers. I replaced mine with the chrome stuff at the 1K checkup.
