Mounting the power vision?

Power vision not reponding to touch screen
I just received my PV2. I installed all of the software, updated all software and firmware. Will installing the PV the screen got nicked. After connecting to the bike I was able to download a tune, and started setting up the gauges. I got part of the way through, and the touch screen stopped responding. I turn the bike off and back on, and the PV is still on the gauge setup screen. Any ideas?
Also does the on/off switch do anything? It does not respond to anything, short duration press, or a longer duration press......nothing. Thanks for any help.

It will default to the gauge screen once you put it on gauge screen which is normal. The being locked up is not normal. I think you have to push the little red button and hold it then turn the bike on to get it to reset. Not sure how long to hold it but probably several seconds. There is something posted somewhere on this. Have had one PV1 that the touch screen wouldn't work. Sent back and replaced it. You may have to do the same.
