Default Bell Pit Boss owners question

For those of you that wear glasses, do you have any clearance problems between the flip down visor and glasses? No dealers in my area that have one to try on and check.

Yes. With my day glasses I have to hold them in to flip the visor down. Once down, no problem. With my sunglasses, which are more snug to my face, no issues at all.

After reading another thread with someone asking this, I tried it with my sunglasses. If my sunglasses were pushed all the way up the visor would clear, but with them partially down my nose it would hit. Not a lot of clearance so if your glasses are really thick, you may have to flip it down slow.

With my Oakley StraightJackets no problem but with my thick-framed prescription glasses it is a tight fit due to the width.

I wear prescriptions with wire frames and have no problem with clearance.
I just got my Pit Boss a few months ago and I love it.

I have used 2 different glasses and no issues there.
However I had issues with the flip down rubbing my nose, 5 minutes with a sanding wheel and a torch and all is good.

I wear sunglasses with my clear visor and no issues. Found they were snug and too close when l first tried visor when l rec'd helmet new and thought it wouldn't be comfortable and was ready to return helmet. Then l found inside helmet plastic snap which adjusts helmet to rotate forward or backwards on head. Adjusted this and it's perfect. I do find its best to put glasses on first as it's tight fit where arms go after helmet is in place on head.

JMHO but helmet is best fitting, most comfortable, l've ever owned and the clear visor is awesome in the rain.

Works great with both my regular and sun glasses. Helmet was a little tight for my head so I took out the adjustable band. Fits great now.
