High side.
Left knee is worse than my right knee, easier to put the weight on right leg for me.

Seriously, it's just force of habit, but I almost always mount from the left. OP, if the right is more comfortable for you, why do you care what we do?

High side for me as well, I just find it more comfortable.

High side! 99% of the time the high side will be away from traffic. If you hapeen to lose your footing, much safer to fall away from the traffic side.
Angle parking not so much a factor but if you do it the same every time. Better to avoid traffic.
