PayPal is one of the safest and easiest way to get paid. Go thru and get Verified with your address and bank account.
What I do is do a search on Ebay for said item. Then on the left you can select Sold Listings and I look at what the recent price being sold for the item is and what the current asking price of items are. I normally try to go for what the previous ones have sold for.
Then I either do a flat rate 5, 10, or 15 dollar shipping or free shipping with buy it now depending on the item. Then expect to pay 10% to Ebay and something to paypal to handle it for you.
Worth doing if you cant sell it on here. I normally list here for a week or two then off to ebay.
Good Luck

Ebay is getting way too greedy! They even take a percentage of the shipping charges!
That's BS if you ask me!
If you are going to be shipping a lot, setup a UPS account through Ebay, you will get discounted rates.
It does add up too, my last package was 10lbs NH to Ca, about 12X18x24, and my discount saved
$10 on the package, was $45 without the Ebay discount. $5-10 a package adds up quick.
They say up to 32% savings if you sign up through Ebay.
Here's a link to get you started.
