Default Having problems with my CB Radio

I have a 2013 Tri Glide. A couple of weeks ago, I tried setting up headset to my CB radio. Husband (who owns a Gold Wing Trike) could hear me, but I couldn't hear him. I did test it with another riders headset, same problem. Tried to figure it out by reading the owners manual, no luck. Only going to use it when we ride with my husband's GW group and when our (husband and mine) Cardo Scala G9s don't work (heavy rains). Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks!

Yeah, Thanks! I realized that after posting. I'm new to this and trying to figure it out while at work. I reposted on Audio problems, hoping that is the correct forum. Now I'm trying to figure out how to delete it from here.

Did you have the speaker switch on the dash panel set for the headset? It has 3 positions: 1-radio & CB play thru fairing speakers, 2-Radio thru speakers, CB thru headset, 3-Radio & CB thru headset. The headset also has a separate volume control. Another thought, was the squelch adjusted correctly? Hope this helps.
