My 2001 RK clutch has over 50K miles and has started slipping. I've got SE-204 cams and 95" kit. I'm looking for recommendations for clutch pack kits. I'm not a street racer, so I'm not really wanting to spend big dollars, just a good reliable replacement for a reasonable price. What brand and a source please.

I bought Alto Carbonite friction and steels on Amazon, have not installed them yet but did a lot of research and they seem to be recommended the most.

Have you adjusted the push rod end-play in the clutch hub? The stock clutch hold up pretty good to 95ftq.

I just change mine out last week. I went to the se plates and spring. While it's a little stiff pulling the lever the clutch grabs like a sob,big big difference.

Barnett is the first name in clutches for decades.

I put the Barnett Kevlar disks in my FXR in 1990...still going strong on a hipo motor

Have not tried that. Any moderate to hard accelleration causes the slippage, and last time it made a metalic squeal as well.

Barnett Kevlar +1 kit, 480# Evolution spring, and a Clutch Wiz. Great clamping force, and a reasonably easy pull at the lever.

I'm running 101HP/107TQ on my 1990 clutch and have just installed a set of Barnet kevlar plates. If the basket is OK, do the same! But check your clutch adjustment first, as your clutch should have life left in it at that low mileage.

+1 Alto Carbonite - did a good bit of research before putting these in about a year ago.

I would try and adjust it first. if that don't work then go back with what got you to 50k miles
