Clutch cable ajustment

adjust the clutch as per the manual
then
adjust the cable
do one
then the other
I put it this way becuase more than one new owner has tried the cable adjuster and negatively affected the clutch...and the clutch cable.
if your adjustments are correct, and it works, then great.
and maybe somewhere down the road you'll have to replace the cable if it has stretched.
I replaced the cable on my '53, the cables on my evos have lasted over 20 years...

Not 100%, but I think you can get a small ferrule/spacer that attaches where the cable enters the hand control. It effectively shortens the cable a little giving you a little more adjustment.
Not OEM Harley, but aftermarket.
