Default Wheel for electra glide

Will a wheel off of an 04 dyna fit on an 07 electra glide. I can deal with modifying spacers if needed. What about brake rotor and pulley ?

Everything should swap right over, both bikes are the same as far as rear wheels are concerned. I have an 03 softail wheel in my 2007 swingarm (on my 1990 bike!).

What about a wheel 2010 ?Will that need a different axle. Will that axle fit in a 2007 swingarm ? I'm doing some craigslist shopping. Trying to get enough parts together to put a2007 swingarm on my 95 glide.

Go to the Evo section and read my thread on doing that, here. Stop shopping until you have this worked out in advance!

If you are looking at 2010 Touring wheels the rear will NOT fit. You need one from 2002 to 2008. To get the best out of your mod, use an 04 touring wheel and narrow pulley, which gives you space to install a 150/80 tyre. That will also require installing a new belt.

Thanks ,that's what I needed to know . The only reason I,m sopping today is because I'm in need of a rear tire now. If I get a good deal on a tire/wheel combo I will use the tire on my current wheel and shop for an new tire when I do the conversion . Thanks for the info.
