Any place besides ebay, craigslist that I could sell a few pre owned Harley exhaust? I know some places offer to buy your HD exhaust, just can't recall which place was this..

It isn't worth much. Everyone who changes exhaust and AC realizes this. I always keep my stock exhaust to have for resale (all original parts) than sell it for the few bucks I could get for it.
I always laugh at guys who price their original exhaust at the dealer and then think their giving it away at half ( saw a local ad where a guy has his original touring exhaust for sale for $750, half of what the dealer wants!!) They think they can pay for their new pipes by selling the old ones.

 

I keep mine. My dealer, when I trade, wants the original exhaust as part of the trade as they provide the original exhaust when selling the bike - gets them around some legal crap when re-selling or so they say. Last time I traded, just before he wrote the figure on a piece of paper he asked "do you have the original exhaust, what shape is it in?". When I said "yes-mint" he said "good". I have no idea what happens if I had said "no" since I always keep it.

 

HDForum classifieds.Point of reference I just bought a complete 2010 Street Glide exhaust for 125 shipped.But I had been looking for that particular exhaust.IMO you'd have better luck selling it if you de-catted the head pipe.Most people are not looking for a "stock" exhaust because they already have one but allot of people like the idea of a decatted head pipe without having to do the work themselves.

I guess what I was looking for is called "Stock Pipes Suck" lol... Supposedly you get $75 for your stock exhaust...

 

American Custom wants them mint. So unless you took them off at new, they won't give you anything.

 

You might consider keeping at least one for your current ride. For the little we get for them, I always think it's better to keep my stock pipe in the rare event the DOT, EPA, or whoever decides to start aggressively enforcing their regs. Besides, how much would they be worth if that ever happened?
