Default warranty? ?

To keep your 6 year warranty is it mandatory to take bike in for the 1,3,5k mile service and oil changes?

No it is not.
But upon doing the mandatory services keep track of mileage and oil used and filter used etc.

Use one of these sheets print it out and then keep track of everything. all receipts and part numbers.

not trying to sound snippy, but if its required to keep warranty then it has to be provide free. (tie in sales)
most of the threads about voiding warranty is pretty much just opinions.
may want to read the
The Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act
thats for a warranty. an extended service contract is a whole nother ball game. which do you have?
