Which means Paypal makes a lot of money off of his service charges...I'm sure you win your case in the end if it was described that way.

It's tough either way on there. I sold a few things a while back and I got an email from the buyer stating that he never got the item. Luckily I had put a tracking number on it. Gave it to him to see that delivery was made. Amazingly the package "showed up" a little bit later.

I guess the seller must of thought its common for a bike to only need 1 insert or have mix matched floorboards.

Dispute it on your CC. PayPal sucks. And BTW Paypal is very anti-gun.
