Default Tuning Question for 2013 Road King

I have a 2013 Road King Standard with 103 CI Engine and I want to know if I replace the stock headers with Jackpot 2-1-2 Headers (No Cat) and replace the stock mufflers with Vance & Hines 4 inch Twin Slash slip on mufflers and keep the stock air cleaner assy, do I have to retune the ECM?

No, you won't need to. Replace the A/C and you might want to think about a tuner but plenty of people go without one.

Yes, you have to re-tune because now you changed the exhaust flow.
Less back pressure and no cat.
If I was you I would do the air cleaner and then set her up right.
Good luck and ride safe.

This is a forum so anyone can have an opinion, right? The stock AC is not pulling 100% with stock exhaust. Now you add header and pipes and you don't think more air is moving through the pump? I vote tuner!

The OP's question was "do I have to retune the ECM?" and the answer is no, he doesn't have to.

Any time you change air or fuel ratio or
Exhaust combustion you SHOULD not have to.
Adjust the computer ( other wise know as the E. C. M. )

Lean from MOCO now leaner from exhaust upgrade equals hotter motor. It will run but not optimum.
