Sugar In Gas Tank
My crazy *** ex girlfriend put a cup of sugar in my tank before she moved out unbeknownst to me. She moved while I was gone, I drive a truck for a living. I was on a trip with friends and my bike started running on one cylinder it sounded like, I made it to Javelina HD in Boerne,Tx. These guys are the best they got me straight on the lift and went to work, It took awhile to figure out what the problem was but they were very diligent, when the problem was found they took the tank off and cleaned it out, new plugs, wires, fuel injectors, they took the fuel pump completely apart cleaned all the screens checked the fuel pump pressure and reassembled. The bike runs perfect. My question is this, should I be concerned with lower end wear from the sugar granules ? They also changed the oil and filter. It was ridden in that condition about 120 miles. Very sorry for the length of the post just figured to give a little background to. Any replies would be welcome
