I have a 2010 ultra classic.I am going to replace already purchased rear tire with dunlop elite mu 65 16 inch wide whitewall on stock wire wheels.I can not find a matching front www that is 130/80 17 inch. Any ideas why dunlop does not make a front matching www tire for 2009 and later? 16 inch rear,17 inch front. Was never a problem with my 2005 model that had 16 inch frt and rear. I may have to mix brands.

 

dennis kirk, or j & p cycles has www tires 130/80-17 but its a metezler.

Couple of members are running a 17" WWW Shinko on front. There's a sharp Orange Road King 0n here can't think of the owners/members name.

 

Because they are the OEM supplier and Harley doesn't offer a bike that has a 17" WWW tire?

 

Thanks. Will not run a chineese tire. Hate to mix a bias with a radial. Will just resale the www i bought and go all blackwall dunlops. Thanks!!

 

Shinko tires are not Chinese. They are a Japanese company and make the tires in Korea. I've used them but not on a Harley.
