So no one has suggested disconnecting the oil lines and hanging the bike up from the rear swing arm ?

Hanging by the swing arm will only get the oil out of the lines. You need to follow up with hanging by the forks to get the oil out of the cooler.

The motor uses 4 quarts of oil. With a oil cooler you only change 3. I changed my oil today and when I change it next time I will use Scavenger. The book even says add only 3 quarts before starting. I have the scavenger just need the adapters for the touring bike. Only changing 3 quarts is not good enough for me. On top of that when the dealer does the oil change they charge you for 4 quarts of oil.
