Default 06 RoadGlide Headlight Fuse

I just started having a weird problem with my roadglide. The headlight fuse has blown 3 times for some reason that is not apparent to me. I have pulled the fairing off twice and ohm'd out the wiring, checked the wiring, and headlights. I have checked the headlights with the fairing off by running the bike a different RPM's, Flipping the high/low switch 40-50 times for 10 minutes or so with no problems. But once I get the bike together and drive it about 15 minutes the fuse blows. I hate throwing parts at anything, since that gets fairly expensive. Any one with in possible resolutions is appreciated.

Just a guess, but easiest fix might be a bad relay. Otherwise I think you have a short somewhere and that is going to take some time to run down. Start with the last place you did something to your bike. New bars or take the seat off recently where a wire could be rubbed and frayed?
