probably all cruded up from old gas ( stabil next time).
let the new gas sit in the tank, it may act as solvent and soften up any crud.
the fuel pump is running?
do you smell raw gas in the exhaust when it cranks?
if it comes down to it, it is checking that the fuel pump volume and pressure is correct, and that you have spark.
don't crank the motor with the plugs pulled unless the plug shell are grounded tp the motor case ( or the ignition can blow).

It is definitely a fuel delivery problem. If the bike fires when you spray gumout into the intake. I would suspect as previously mentioned fuel system is plugged up. I would suggest putting some techron into the fuel tank. You will still need to get the injectors cleaned up. If letting the new fuel and techron sit in the tank does get things started I would suspect you will need to remove the injectors to get them serviced.
