Number 2 rule. NO DUDES! There just ain't any reason good enough, even if the boogyman is after them.

Good plan on getting use to the bike. Take the MSF Course as a refresher... get the Ride LikeA PRO DVD. Then make sure she has all the creature comforts.. i.e. a backrest of sorts, a comfortable seat and is properly dressed... If mama is not happy... rutro. Ain't nothing like getting an earfull while driving down the road lmao. Been there and done that. One of the first things I bought for my RG was a tour pack and made sure the passenger seating was in order.

jest my two pennies...

I'm not saying, but Freud would say you have latent homosexual tendencies with an insecure masculine identity and paranoid overcompensation.

There are many good reasons to ride adude on the back of your bike. Recently a buddy spilled but was OK enough for me to get him to medical help. He rode bitch all the way to the medical clinic. The bike was toast. "A man's got to do what a man's got to do" no excuses no regrets.

Just kidding you, don't take offense. BTW, the bit about the accident was true.

If she's been riding on her own since her teens, she might not make a comfortable passenger. No backseat driving!

Lots of nice roads in your area, but lots of traffic too. Just make sure you don't scare her, and tell her to keep her back planted in the middle of the backrest. Then she won't have a reason to backseat drive.
