Thanks Fuel Moto. I'm done...again...for now.
Put the finishing touch on my stage 1 last week. FM Pro Billet air cleaner, and a Power Vision tuner a couple of months ago. Got my V&H Power Duals, and Big Louie 4" slash downs installed 2 weeks ago. Loaded the map Fuel Moto provided, did 4 auto tune runs. Runs great, strong and sounds freakin' awesome...until I roll off the throttle. I'm getting decel pop. Not much, but it's there. Called Fuel Moto and talked to Keith (I think). He said that autotune doesn't address the part of the map that takes care of decel pop. Told me to email the map and they'd fix it. That's exactly what they did. 200 mile + ride yesterday and not one pop! I'm very happy with it. Woke up the motor, sounds amazing, and I gained 3mpg.
It was nice to find a vendor that does exactly what they said they'd do. So, I'm done...for now.
Say! which cam would you recommend......

Yes you should. If you like the look of the stock pipe the Fuel Moto pipe uses the stock heat shields.

From everything I read over the last couple of months, a decatted OEM header is just about as good performance wise as an aftermarket. When you get into motor work that's no longer true, but with the stage 1, it is true. That was my take, anyway. Having said that, I replaced my decat headpipe. I did it for two reasons. One is that I thought the Big Louie slip ons would sound better with the Power Duals. Two is that I really like the way the Power Duals look. For this reason even though the Fuel Moto X pipe duals are the same, I passed on them because they use the OEM heat shields and so they look OEM.

I did the PV, FM air cleaner, 4in jackpots and decated head pipe. I have done two auto tunes so far and I know I need a few more. Have a little decal pop but I am not worried about it as I know FM will take care of me once I get her dialed in.
Crappy wx has hit Northern IL again, so I have to wait a bit to finish.

Do it, you'll like it. I'm not crazy about the look of some of the aftermarket header pipes, I liked the look of the stock heat shields with my Jackpot head pipes. Bike sounds better and I feel better that the cat and is gone.
