Scrap or scrape?
I have had mine on for about 12k and I have scraped them on my stock king. Just was looking at the marks on the back end of the x cover when I changed the oil the other day. To be honest, I can't pinpoint when...might have done it when I thought I had scraped floorboards. Whatever it was, it was no more noticeable than scraping the floorboards.

Have them on my 13 limited and I love the pipe. Very good quality and good performance. If your going to run a tuner with wide band o2 sensors get the pipe for a 09 bagger. That's what I did as I put a thundermax on at the same time. Only time I've scraped is 2 up. As some have brought up make sure the bottom clamp is faced so the excess thread isn't hanging straight down, could cause that bottom bracket to damage the oil pan. I say go for it, it's a great pipe! Careful installing the final "x" heat shield, it's easy to scratch the other shields when you push it on. Good luck!
