Had that on my 11 SG. if you want the 18mm bungs, order one for a 2008. My Thundermax O2's were fine with that. I have the normal 14mm's on my 14 Limited cause I went with the Harley tuner...

And I love both sets of the Duals - no problems with either set, although I did scrape the bottom of my Street Glide crossover cover numerous times, cause I did ride it like a crotch rocket a lot...

Third HD, third power duals. No issues with dragging or scraping. Love them!

I have the Power Duals and can report "no problems" with scraping. I like the look and the performance.

I don't think 08 headers will fit on the 09+ frame.

Never had a problem, i have a 2013 road glide with power duals and monster rounds for the slip on. Never scraped. pipes are not as loud as my thunder header was on my dyna, but is a more traditional harley sound. I love it, i am happy with it, and don't ever have plans to change it. Great pipe
